Hairy Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 I have noticed that Danstar have released a dried Saison yeast: Belle Saison Yeast Not sure when it will be available is Australia but I would be interested to see what it is like. It might be an option for those brewers struggling with temperature control in summer [cool]
Guest Posted October 11, 2012 Posted October 11, 2012 You know Hairy, that aint a bad idea.. Ive got a BDG in the cellar thats probably worth a taste about now.. Some of those beers arent half bad. This hobby has opened up a world of pleasure in beer tasting. Believe it or not I never even knew such thing as an AIPA or IPA or IIPA existed until a few years ago.. Im still a bit of a style phobe though but at least I will actually give it a go these days [lol] and it must be said.. Ive been impressed on a number of occasions about how good beers can be that arent full of hops [joyful] Yob
