Guest
Hi guys. Has anyone come up with a successful formula by following specific additive levels or yeast mg's through their brewing processes that will guarantee a good consistent carbonation bead? Hairy
There are no guarantees in home brewing but I agree with Chad. Go easy on the dextrose and simple sugars. Use mainly malt and add specialty grains. A little wheat malt helps with the head too. I have also found that a lower carbonation level forms a tighter head.
