First all-grain Brown Ale fermentaion question

Hi Matt

Which yeast are you using? Typically 18-20C (64-68F) is a good start for an ale, although it depends on the yeast you are using - refer to the yeast manufacturer's advice.

Do not fret about the airlock... ignore it. Trust your hydrometer and also visual inspection on how its going.

Also - congrats on making your first all grain brew!! I hope its the first of many.

Chad, I've never been afraid to ask simple questions. Even to ask them multiple times. As I explore AG I'm sure I'll not only have MANY more, but will continue to receive answers from the GREAT PEOPLE whom I have so enjoyed meeting on this site.
