Guest Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 We have been corrected previously. You will actually get most utilisation from hops boiled without any gravity. i.e. water. Hairy Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 You are right Bill. Water will give you better utilisation but apparently it will produce harsher bitterness and flavours.
