BradH
Hi Guys, I brewed a batch of the coopers pale ale using the coopers brew cans in the their home brew thing, then bottled it in the brown bottles that come with kit. The thing is... I bottled them in September 2009 and I've just re-discovered ~50L of it! What are your thoughts on whether it's still good to drink? Since then it's been stored under my bench indoors, inside boxes (so no light at all getting to it). I HAVE tasted it just now (although at room temperature), and there's nothing especially unpleasant about it. It's a bit fruity actually. So... is there any reason that I SHOULDNT drink it? Cheers

AndyG4
no reason whatsoever not to drink. it might've lost some favour and alcohol content, but there's nothing wrong with it.
Muddy Waters
It would be a crime not to drink it Brad [cool]

Matty A
I wish I could age beer for this long. I tried to age the toucan stout once, I got to 6 months before it was all gone.
Muddy Waters
I just checked when I bottled my last toucan stout - November 2009. I've still got about 10 longies stored away.
