Guest Posted May 2, 2012 Share Posted May 2, 2012 Hey all just received my mail order yesterday and in it was 1kg of wheat malt. I also received some crystal and hops have used them before the wheat malt has me puzzled. It looks like it might have to be milled not simply cracked like Cryslat Malt is this correct? Guest Posted May 2, 2012 Author Share Posted May 2, 2012 Hey Hairy i was planning on using it in a English Bitter i know a little strange but im hoping will work well. was thinking something like. 1 can International English Bitter 1 Kg LME 250 grams Crystal Malt 250 grams Wheat Malt Mash both 68 degrees 1 hour 20 grams EKG 10 min boil 30 grams EKG dry hop day 3 or 4 Wyeast Activator British Ale 1318 After a month in bottle i quite like my last EB finishing a glass now [happy] Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
