What sugar/enhancer should i use to make wheat beer & how much?

Do i prime a long neck as per my other brews with 2 carbonation drops?

Welcome to the Forum Bryson[happy] . For your wheat beer use a blend of 50/50 malt/wheat.

So your brew would read as:

1 coopers wheat

1 coopers wheat extract....this is a blend of 50/50

or 500g of dried wheat malt and 500g of light dried malt(you could add dark dried malt for a dark wheat beer).

To carbonate add 2 drops per 750ml bottle

Most of the dried wheat malts are also blends.

That one is 65% wheat and 35% barley.
