Ola folks, In need of a little advice.

brewed a fair few brews now but have noticed something about my beers.

I siphon directly into 1lt bottles with one of those siphons that sit near the bottom of the barrel, noticed that all my bottles taste a bit different to each other, could the fermenter do with a gentle stir prior to bottling?

I've a coopers light ale brewed with golden syrup and honey to bottle later tonight and any advice would be great

They shouldn't, how do you clean the bottles?

Stop eating the bottles [rightful]

Sorry mate, couldn't resist.

Do you siphon with the hose sitting on or in the trub? You could be sucking up huge amount of trub in some bottles.

its one of those telescopic siphon with an anti scum end

the bottles are all bathed then steam cleaned in milton water so clean they certainly are.
