I siphon directly into 1lt bottles with one of those siphons that sit near the bottom of the barrel, noticed that all my bottles taste a bit different to each other, could the fermenter do with a gentle stir prior to bottling? You could be sucking up huge amount of trub in some bottles. its one of those telescopic siphon with an anti scum end the bottles are all bathed then steam cleaned in milton water so clean they certainly are.
