Guest
I am currently having a fad on any combo of Cascade, Centennial and Amarillo. [love]
Hairy
I've got a thing for Centennial & Amarillo at the moment. And if you want a fruity whack try Galaxy & Citra (it's like passionfruit and a little mango). EDIT: just beat me to it Bill. It must a fad going around. Guest
too many to remember off the top of my head but here's where I am currently. Bored with Cascade... Centennial (Super Cascade) or Magnum for Bittering, Simcoe, Amarillo, Galaxy and Citra as mentioned above are great combo's for APA's Wai Iti, Chinook, Perle, Hallertau, Tettenanger, Fuggles, EKG, Northern Brewer, Saaz, Too many and Im not near my fridge to check the others. General rule of thumb is I dont mix Noble Hops but have at it with similar qualities of others, ie: Citrus hops with citrus hops.. I Like to try various combos and am trying to use a new hop every two to three weeks... soooo many to choose from and I love it!! hops, my new addiction [love] I think Im starting to go down the IPA and IIPA road..
