StuartC7
Hi, Is there any way of finding out the calories per serving for Coopers home brew kits (assuming they are made according to instructions)? Stuart
Muddy Waters
Here is a CALCULATOR. There is no way to escape calories in beer...only in moderation and in low alcohol beers can you minimise your calorie intake. Low carb beers are just marketing BS [rightful]
Hoptimus Maximus
Thanks for that calculator Muddy. It seems to say I can drink 10 x Dead Guy Ales a day.

Hoptimus Maximus
Is that one Km per Dead Guy or one Dead Guy after a Km?
StuartC7
Muddy, thanks for the calculator. I wanted to compare different styles of beer for calories. I like all sorts of beer and very few I don't like, so for me, it makes sense to pick lower calorie versions as these days exercise seems to be getting tougher with age [crying] Right, all the typing must be worth a beer... Cheers, Stuart

Cheers, Stuart 95% of the calories in beer are from the alcohol, so lower alcohol=lower calories.
