Hairy Posted August 11, 2011 Share Posted August 11, 2011 What is the alcohol percentage of the mead? I thought they were usually quite high. I'm not sure if the high alcohol content would affect the yeast during the beer fermentation. Have you tried mixing beer and mead together in a glass? Perhaps that is the way to go. Sorry, I don't know a great deal about mead so I can't really help. Come to think of it I don't really know a great deal about beer brewing either.[crying] It's nice to pretend though.
