Matty A
Hi Guys, Just was sipping on one of these bad boys last night which then led to a few more then next minute you know I am feeling it pretty well. Was just wondering how I would be able to cram all of that flavour into a lighter style beer, something around 4.5% would be perfect. I want to have it as a house beer but feel it to be too strong to have a good session on it.
PB2
You could try making it as an all malt brew, minus the dextrose.
Matty A
Thanks Paul. I also thought about adding more water to it as well but I don't want to wreck the taste of it. How much do you think the ABV % would drop if I removed the dextrose.

Muddy Waters
[pinched] Blasphemy! Moderation is the key Matty. You have to savour the Vintage - It isn't megaswill [rightful] (Rant over)
Matty A
[pinched] Blasphemy! quote] I still want that big Coopers taste. This will be only made only for when I decide to have a bit of a night on it. Otherwise the strong stuff for me.
