Matty A
Ok well there was a little accident that will leave my poor old hydrometer in ruins. I was trying to stuff a meat tray in the fridge where my poor old hydrometer was purched, when all of a sudden it fell onto cement. It broke into pieces, so I guess this means I only have my PLASTIC HYDROMETER to give me any readings. Once again I am sorry Warren.

Muddy Waters
Matty - Fridges are for making beer or storing beer not bloody meat trays (They belong at the local pub or rissole [biggrin] ). I hope you learnt your lesson [rightful]
Martyn
I feel for you Matty, the glass one are so much better than the plastic ones in my own humble opinion. Consistent and accurate. Cheers, Martyn.
weggl
Looks like I have located a PLASTIC HYDROMETER in the UK via EBay around $30. When it arives I will let you know when the party is on, (but not the location)
Matty A
Yes Muddy, I have learnt my lesson. I have since removed the meat tray and have filled the fridge full of beer. Good thing I didn't knock off all of the beer I am trying to Age for more then 6 months. That would have been more then frustrating.
