Loosely Based on Neon Haze Session IPA

Hey Brewers,

Used the Preacher's Wife kit for the first time today, Added 750g of LDM and 250 g of cracked and steeped Crystal Malt (120EBC). Did a small volume hop boil with 50g of Motueka for 20 minutes and 35g of Cascade for 8 minutes. Mixed up and pitched some New England yeast. 

Will Dry Hop with Galaxy next week. 

Love the smell of an opened Coopers brew can.

Looks good mate sounds very tasty especially with those hops! I agree the cans smell amazing and taste good too, can’t help myself! The taste of light crystal malt reminds me of the coopers cans as well I guess due to the sweetness!
