Freddie Reeper
Hi to all today, I have a question for the experts to see if they can tell me if they have had experience with the Canadian Blonde Coopers can with a load of hops & bush honey. I have previously done a brew that came out pretty good but cut the hops in half for that one. My friends like it so much I wanted to try the original full hop recipe that is listed below, & would like to get some feedback if anyone has some on how this might turn out. 1 x Coopers Canadian Blonde 1.7kg 1 x Coopers BE2 1 x 500gm Extra Malt Brewing Sugar 1 x 250gm Australian Bush Honey 1 x 11gm Coopers Yeast Hop Boil Motueka 25gm - Simco 100gm - Citra 25gm - Centennial 25gm - Amarillo 50gm OG 1045 TBC - Dry Hop - Day 5 - Amarillo 25gm - Centennial 25gm
Otto Von Blotto
Need to know the alpha acid percentage of the hops, what the boil volume is and how long the boil is for. As a rough guess I'd imagine it'd be quite bitter with that weight of hops unless the boil is short - 5 or 10 minutes.
