UncleStavvy Posted June 25, 2022 Share Posted June 25, 2022 (edited) Hi everyone, it's Uncle Stavvy here. Has anyone had a go at the ROTM yet? Mines been in the fermenter for 8 days today and is reading 1.012SG. Had a starting SG of 1.050. Normally wouldn't be concerned with those figures but it's been a bit of an odd fermentation run with the wort not making much heat and the Inkbird switching the heater belt ON more often than not. Guess I'll take another sample tomorrow then we'll see. Did start the ferment at 20 degrees C but then bumped it to 22 around day 3. Hi Uncle, I have not made this brew, but everything you describe sounds normal.
