The recipe asks for 500gr of frozen berries, any of you guys used a different frozen fruit? I was thinking maybe frozen peach or maybe even frozen mango. I call it my Pet Semetary beer - it is rank and evil because the ground is sooouur, Louis... But I read somewhere that the quality and type of the berries may cause different results - mine were el-cheapo Woollies frozen cherries Also - I must admit - I also thought it would be tasty to add some fruity hops... This was my first disasterbrew and... ...and I will try again sticking to the recipe... Note - I used a hop-sock to add my fruit, because I didn't want pulp in my wort. This would apply moreso if I was using berries that have tiny bits on them like blackberries or raspberries etc 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
