Coopers 86 Pilsner with Hopps?

Would Galaxy or Cascade or Amarillo go with a Coopers 86 Pilsner. 

What yeast would be better US-05 or  S-04?

Any other recommendations other than choosing another Coopers kit LOL.

Consider these recipes for inspiration:  K9 Quencher Session Ale or Vintner's Lager.  The K9 Quencher is closer to what you are talking about and uses US-05.  You could pretty much mix and match with all of these hops.  Any one for the short boil.  Any one, two or three in the dry hop.

Agree with everything Shamus said. If you are worried about doing a boil, just dry hop it and it will turn into an XPA, if you add enough dry hops.
