I haven’t 100% settled on the final recipe, but thought I’d post up what I have so far for your feedback. It’s a partial mash ale with 1.4 kg grain. Getting excited for this one...Irish red ale Pale ale can 1.7 kg 800g Maris otter 300g Munich 300g Gladfield red back 250g Dry wheat malt extract 250g Dextrose 15g Fuggles 5 min Citra or motueka @ Flameout ??
