Pale Man
I know stouts are meant to be malt driven but I'm ticking over for a recipe. Any ideas on a nice aromatic hop to add late, or even dry hop?
Greenyinthewestofsydney
Are you looking for a english/irish stout or an American one? For an English style I wouldn't do a dry hop. Late with EKG or fuggles is fine. For a American stout id use centennial. Can't go much wrong with that hop IMO.

I'm thinking something along the line of a Coopers. The label on a Coopers Stout mentions it's finished with aromatic hops. I'm wondering what. Surely not pride of ringwood.
