Smashed Crabs Posted December 31, 2018 Share Posted December 31, 2018 Thinking of doing a few brews and storing them for about 5 months,reason being I can get my missus to transfer to the fermenter and pitch some yeast etc for me so I have some beer when I'm home. But I'm unsure if I can store it for that long ?? Has anyone done similar ? Cubed a brew and left it quite awhile before throwing in the FV ? Just make sure you have squeezed all the oxygen out of them before sealing. Also, the hops in hoppy beers may have faded by then.
