Otto Von Blotto
http://imotorhead.com/amplified-ale-works-collaborate-limited-edition-beer-series/ I just found this on Motorhead's website, obviously the ratios of ingredients are different but the pale ale that I currently have on tap features all of the same ones. Being a huge fan of that band, and this particular recipe I might have to make it a regular on the rotation.
joolbag
Otto and IPA in same sentence?!!! What is this world coming to?! (Note: to be fair, you never actually said you were going to brew the IPA version, just that you liked the hop bill)
Otto Von Blotto
Indeed . I have a sneaky feeling that keg is about to blow dry too, it's starting to do the slightly more bubbly pours that often indicate a near empty keg. I don't mind a good IPA, and it is one style I haven't really experimented with brewing at home. I have done one batch of it a couple of years back but it might be time to revisit soon, since my knowledge of certain aspects has improved since then. Either way, regardless of whether I turn this particular pale ale recipe into an IPA or just keep it the same, I daresay it will get a reasonably regular run on the schedule.
