Scottie
Mmmm I had several of these tonight, on the back of a LCBA, and I must admit that I formed a likening to this malt driven beer. It is a Red Ale with the slightest touch of Roasted Barley shining through. Brewed in Victoria. I think that OVB's red ale without the Cascade hopping and the addition of some Roasted Barley might fit the bill. The only question for me, if I brew 21 litres of the stuff, is will I end up finding it boring due to the lack of hop aroma and taste Cheers & Beers Scottie Valley Brew
Alpaca Brew
I would give it a try. Remember the sun always comes up on the other side. Maybe less hops might be good for a bit. Makes you miss what you do not have. Peggy
Hairy
The Prickly Moses Red Ale is a nice drop. I wouldn't get bored with it. Just put something hoppy on the other tap.
