I don't use finings. :wink: Do a search on "finings" and you should find some interesting discussion. Luke Posted April 14, 2009 Share Posted April 14, 2009 I started using Irish Moss with my all-grain brews, but I'm not convinced it does too much... I did a brew on Monday and the trub was forming little clumps near the end of the boil and that was before adding the finings. Cheers, Luke.
