JOHNNY D
GREETINGS TO ALL, I am new to the COOPERS CLUB and proud to be a member of it! i am interested in knowing what others like to brew and bottle? What beers they have done? Which is a better way to brew if you prefer BOTTLING in Stubbies or Long Necks OR KEGGING? Thankyou for your time and hope to chat with you all soon Johnny D
Greg B
Johnny, welcome to brewing. I've never heard of anyone sorry to have started kegging. Cheers, Greg

PB2
I'm with Tipsy - I started kegging in 2000 and I wonder why I hadn't taken the plunge 12 years prior
Ghost
One question with kegging. I have always bottle conditioned and thought about kegging. However I don't drink the same beer repeatedly. For example, I usually put one 1 x lager, 1x Pale ale, 1 sparkling and 1 x stout in the fridge. Then when I do drink I like to start with the lager and move up to stout. Maybe once a week I'll have a pilsner or porter for a change. With a keg however, would this mean I'd have to disconnect the CO2 supply from one keg to another each time I want to pour a glass of a different beer? Philby
Thinking laterally. You could still have 4x kegs, with one of your different brews in each and have 4x lines connected to your tap(s). Voila, just like going to the pub at home. Or you could just dismiss that facetious remark altogether.
