The A man Posted July 12, 2014 Share Posted July 12, 2014 I've just set a new record since I started producing my own beer, I came down with the flu last week and today will be my 7th day without having a beer. This isn't really a problem, apart from the fact I need to empty bottles and also that I'm brewing at the moment and can't taste or smell the brew! I guess it'll be a surprise when it comes to drinking this brew as I'll need to bottle it today or tomorrow by when I doubt I've regained my sense of smell or taste. At least it's a good way to get some extra age into my brews. Anyway, it's 5:30am in Perth and I'm already thinking about beer.... 7 says is a long time!
