DamianH2
After doing the FSA for my second brew, I have now moved to doing extract brews and very happy with the results so far. But by far the most compliments I have received is for the Fruit Salad Ale, so I wanted to try and replicate the recipe. I have been thinking: 3kg Coopers Light LME 500g Light DME 200g Crystal/CaraMunich 10g Magnum @45 15g Cascade @15 15g Amarillo @15 15g Cascade @5 15g Amarillo @5 10g Cascade Dry 10g Amarillo Dry US05 @18deg Any suggestions/tweaks? Thanks, Damian
Hairy
It looks good. A couple of options though: 1. If you like your beer a bit drier than swap the 500g LDM for 500g dextrose. 2. If you want it a bit hoppier than up the dry hop to 20g each. But it looks like a nice beer as is.
