Chezza
Hey Fellas mum came and stayed for a couple of days and bought a carton of Great Northern with her, she loves the stuff, turns out she liked my dark ale as well because she left it there and drank all mine. Yesterday i gave it a crack and was disappointed to say the least, i think it has been filtered, has no body and a mildest flavour. I'm not good at making up recipes but i'll give this one a crack. Great Northern 1 Coopers Lager 1kg Dex 45L Water Filter 1 micron after primary Keg and force carb Your Thoughts?
Canadian Eh!L
Hi Ryan Are you planning to put this one down???. Or are you trying to guess how this Great Northern goes? I must also ask if you really meant to say 45L of water or was that a typo? I can't recommend a recipe for you for this GN brew as I have never heard of it. I would say though with no offence intended the the recipe above would IMHO be undrinkable. I don't even think it would make beer. Sorry
