Adz
Hi All, Here is what I have for a Mountain Draught Recipe: 1.7 kg Coopers OS Draught 1.7 kg APA Can 25g Glacier Hops @ 15 minutes Boil 25g Cascade Hops @ 10 minutes Boil Us05 yeast The aim is to get just a nice session beer with some nice apricot/peach things happening. 1. Should I be afraid of this OS Kit ? 2. Any thoughts about removing APA kit and just adding fermentables instead ? 3. What about increasing the Brew Volume to 30L as the toucan recipe and adding 1kg Light dry malt in the process ? 4. Any other thoughts are greatly appreciated
Canadian Eh!L
Hey Adz, The OS Draught can is a great base for pale ales![rightful] I think if you are looking for a sessionable brew I`d go with a the OS kit + 1kg DME + (your hop schedule) + US-05 made to 21L
GregT5
Have to admit the OS Draught tin is one of my favourites. [love]
