Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale

Recommended Posts

Made a double batch of this a couple of weeks ago, it's in the cubes and I'm salivating just thinking about it. Upon cubing it tasted amazing. I did a partial mash using Coopers' LME cans so it ends up darker than intended, which is already quite dark for the style but I'm not too fussed about a couple of shades of darkness. I did a BIAB and batch sparge. OG was perfect.

How convenient that I have all those ingredients on hand in large quantities. [lol]

Except for the LME, but I do have plenty of pale malt, and this recipe will give me an excuse to use up the last of my Barrett Burston malt, or at least a fair chunk of what's left.

Might even do it next brew day, I've never done an IPA before so it would be cool to try out one. [cool]
