It's been a while since my last post. [unsure]

 

A mate and I are planning a boozy one, not something I have attempted before. So we thought who better than to get feedback from than you fine gentlemen. Here's the plan so far:

Estimated OG: 1.076 SG

Estimated Color: 30.8 EBC

Estimated IBU: 85.2 IBUs

Pre-boil Vol: about 10 l (may top it up during the boil with extra runnings from the grain steep.
