Hairy Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 If you get yourself some Light LME/DME then you could make yourself a type of English Bitter. I wouldn't make it solely with amber malt. Probably only add a little of the roast barley though. Throw in some pale choc malt too if you can get your hands on some. And use the S-04.
