Wasn't convinced after the first month, but with further conditioning it's now my friend in the fridge..[biggrin]A local Brew Guru says that it's Goooood. Any comments.[happy] Hey Nath In my opinion it is better than any other recipe in the How to Brew section. I reckon you will be stoked, and quite possibly converted to extract brew for a time. I used to make a beer very similar to the Parity Ale that Dave mentioned except I used the OS Draught from the supermarket.
