GaryP7
Why is Coopers Canadian Blonde now so much darker? I have been brewing this with Coopers enhancer 1 for quite some time and it has been excellent but now it brews up darker and the flavour is not as good. Some of my colleagues report the same problem. Has Coopers changed the recipe??
PB2
Product Specifications of Canadian Blonde have not changed for many years. Age and elevated temps both contribute to darkening liquid extract - this effect is more obvious with kits that are intended to be light in colour.[biggrin]
