About to keg my first full extract brew

I have now concluded that the "sweetness" that I detect is the Lychee flavor of the Topaz. I have an English Pale Ale based on the APA kit and hit with 60 gramsof Topaz. To be honest the Full Extract brew is the better one.

 

The downside is I have two more brews ageing that also uses Topaz.

And I don't think I'm a big fan of Lychee.
