PaulPablo
Hi there Today 2 weeks ago I started a Coopers Canadian Blond with BE2 and extra 500g of brewing sugar.Had a taste and its a little boring. My question is,can I pour some of the batch to secondary into two 4,5 liter carboys and add honey to the one and cherries to the other one. If so,should i add more yeast or not? Hairy
Here is an article from BYO about adding fruit. The section about adding fruit to secondary should help you. BYO Magazine - Brewing with Fruit I wouldn't bother adding additional yeast at first. Perhaps keep it a touch warmer for a day to get the yeast going and see how it goes from there.
