Hi there

Today 2 weeks ago I started a Coopers Canadian Blond with BE2 and extra 500g of brewing sugar.Had a taste and its a little biring.

My question is,can I pour it to secondary into two 4,5 liter carboys and add honey to the one and cherries to the other one.

If so,should i add more yeast or not?

Anyone?

I'd say after two weeks it would be best to bottle it and chalk it up to experience. Give it some time to develop it should come out alright, my thrid brew was the Canadian Blonde kit with just BE1, towards the end of the batch I was wishing I had more. I am about to put down my second Canadian Blonde and I am planning to use 1.5kg of LME and 50g of Cascade hops. It won't be boring.

thanks for your reply..But say I want to try it..(not gooing to use the whole batch' date='just x2 4.5 liters)Would it be possible..Or is it to far down the fermenting process?[/quote']

You can always dry hop the remaining brew to jazz it up a little and make it less boring.
