Now my question is,do u carbonate a stout just like any with cooper carbonation drops or what?
Hairy
Carbonate it lower than a pale ale. If you have the 1litre bottles then use two carb drops. One carb drop for the 740ml bottles. Or bulk prime if you want more control over the carbonation.
Canadian Eh!L
Bulk priming is a must I say! Carbonate it really low, like 100ml/23L then use a syringe to pump up the head with that nitrogen (Guiness style) head. Just pour the stout like you normally would then with the syringe give the beer a pump or two and, voila! Got yerself a Guiness, Mate![cool]
