BULA BOY
G'day All, A month ago I put down Coopers Fruit Salad Ale as per the recipe but than I decided to go a step further by dry hopping 12g of Chinook Hops. Just cracked open the first bottle and I must say that it is almost if not close to Little Creatures Pale Ale[happy] 1 X Coopers Australian Pale Ale 1 X 1kg Light Dry Malt 2 X 12g Amarillo Hops(STEEP) 2 X 12g Cascade Hops(STEEP) 1 X 12g Chinook Hops(DRY) 21 Litres Water FG = 1010

It also has a little wheat, maybe do 200-300g... Your recipe looks pretty good though.
