c46543
Hello, Can anyone advise if it will still be OK to bottle a batch of beer I've had in the fermenter for 4 weeks? Seal has not been broken and there's still water in the airlock!!! Would like to think so as there's 46l there waiting for secondary fermentation. BirkdaleBob
In my experience over the last 20 odd years, if you have a good airlock, and a good seal on the lid of your fermenter, the only thing you will do by leaving your brew for four weeks is to clear it really well. Just make sure that you don't suck out any of the sediment when you are bottling/racking/kegging it. Bob
