MLTZER
So my first brew has been bottled for about a week, and I've just started my 2nd brew.... now I'm already looking into my 3rd brew...... I really enjoy drinking Coopers Original Pale Ale, so i want to try and recreate that. So the recommended recipe is Australian Pale Ale, with either Brew Enhancer 2 or 500g LDM and 250g Dextrose. has anyone made this before and have any other recommendations? Hairy
If you are trying to get as close as you can to the commercial version then use recultured coopers yeast. The details are in the attached link: Reactivating Coopers Yeast
