MatthewG2 Posted February 24, 2011 Share Posted February 24, 2011 Hi all, I am new to brewing and I plan to make the ANZAC ale on the Coopers site, but I am having trouble with one ingredient: 50g of Roasted Malt. My local store sells Roasted Barley. But on the back of the pack it says that it is "unmalted barley". Is this is the same stuff as Roasted Malt or do I look somewhere else?
