A sour taste is normally associated with infection.

 

 

 

I assume you are using a closed fermentation method.

 

 

 

Can you give us a description of your cleaning/sanitising methods?

 

 

 

How old are your fermenting vessels?

I cleaned my fermenter with black and gold unscented bleach and my bottles with Super Steri which is Alkaline salts.My fermenter is about 8 months old.I have done about 15 brews out off it and have not had a sour taste with the others.I use plastic bottles.
