RichardM9
When I lived in Brisbane I tasted the Sanctuary Cove beer Beez Neez and enjoyed it. I have also tasted chilli beers and, though I couldn't drink them regularly, I would like to try and brew them. Is there a simple method, using Coopers products, for producing these flavoured beers? Matty A
I live around 10Km away from a honey farm. Maybe I should go and check them out and see if I can get a little list of light honey substitutes for the forum. Thanks,
Matty A
Just visited the honey farm where they actually brew beer using honey. The bee keeper said that generally the lighter the honey is the more mellow the honey flavour is. I tried a Bimble Box Honey Beer [love] . It was some sort of Blonde with 500g of Bimble Box Honey and a 1kg of brewing sugar and boy was it good. It was a nice beer and then after you thought it was gone their was a aftertaste of honey that was very nice. On the weekend I am going to try and make something similar to what they had. I will let you all know what its like. I also forgot to get a list (Ooops was a little distracted).
