Matty A
Hi Guys, I assume some of the experienced brewers can help me here but I would like to make a Tooheys Extra Dry Equivelent. I have a mate that insists on it (his choice i guess). Being only new to it I am not sure what I would need to look for. Thanks, Matt
Squishy
Coopers MC can (It has the least bitterness and half a kilo of OMO to get that soapy after taste[lol] [lol] [lol] Just kidding although the MC would be the best can to start with so maybe just make that and tell him you tried your best????[biggrin] [biggrin]
Greg
Use the Thomas Coopers Heritage Lager kit, with BE2. Get a tea bag of Cluster hops from the brew shop and add that to the mix. Brew at 12-14 degrees and you should come close to the style. [happy]
