Lager with 3 cans of mix, 3 1kg boxes of brew enhancer1 as they had no 2 in store and 1 500gm box of light dry malt with 60 ltrs of water last night. Woke up this morning to find a volcanic eruption of foam bubling out of the airlock. This lated for about 9hrs has subsided now and is quietly bubbling away nicely.
