For those that have been home brewing for a while, you will have undoubtedly come across articles, recipes, teachings, & countless other references to these two men when it comes to home brewing. For those new to home brewing, you will certainly learn a great deal by reading & listening to information supplied by these two men. One could safely say they are regarded as "Beer Gods" in home brewing circles. They have a regular radio program on the Brewing Network in the USA with podcasts available to download on their discussions etc. For those that may know of them, but have never actually seen them, below is a link to a video taken of their radio broadcast at the 2013 National Homebrewers Conference held in early July in the USA. These resources are the standard for our little hobby. The fact that they have revised and improved on their own methods over the years is an inpressive feat....
