Blacky
I am brewing mostly Draught and Pale Ale and quite pleased with my beginner results. I quite enjoy a lighter to the stomach type brew over a heavy going style. Something I must be doing wrong is common to all the brews so far is that I am unable to keep a good head! I have looked at the dirty glass option but I don't feel that is where my problem lays. All ideas taken on board, thanks fellas. Cheers, Blacky. :? Greg B
If you are using straight sugar or dextrose as additional fermentable, try switching to Brew Enhancer 1 or 2. Cheers, Greg.
PB2
To be 100% sure that it is not your glasses, grab some plastic disposable glasses from the supermarket (the hard, clear plastic ones), pull them straight out of their wrapper and do a side-by-side comparison. Blacky
Thanks fellas, I have had this problem using brewing sugar and enhancer 1, my current brew is dextrose. Not tasted as yet! I'll give the new plastic glass a try, at least it will knock out that unknown. Thanks again, cheers.
Kai
How quick are you drinking 'em? Sometimes it can take a few months for a batch to start pouring with good head.
