Nick
I bottled an Irish Stout a month ago and will wait for Boxing day before i open one, LordEoin's recommendation when i asked for something similar to Murphy's. Now i am thinking about the English Stout as per the how to brew recipe. any comments lads, good or bad? i dont want to wait weeks to find out that i should have done this or that to improve it. i still have 600gms of crystal left after taking Scotties advice for an addition to an IPA
LordEoin
Don't mind those Saxon ba***rds. The only good thing to come from England is the boat to Ireland. Although the English Stout recipe looks good. I like Fuggles. If you have the grain, use some. It will only improve the beer [biggrin]
