Coopers IPA - Dry Hop?

10 Amarillo

10 Centennial

10 Citra (20?)

 

Racked it onto these final dry hops last night

 

15 Amarillo

20 Centennial

15 Citra

15 Cascade

 

Its got 2 more days at 21.5'c and then a week cold conditioning, it's gone from 1075 to 1013 (damn that special yeast [lol]) making it about an 8% IIPA.. however, it's kind of attenuated below where I expected it to (1016) So I might add a bit of maltodextrin to it in a day or so to give it back some sweetness.
